However, sometimes they do get someone good to sing at halftime, if you can figure out when that might be without actually having to watch any football. It's a challenge.
Broooooce doesn't appeal to me, so I'll skip it. And I guess that we can always watch the decent commercials online after the event.I too pride myself on not knowing who's playing or where (Tampa) (that only got through because it's in Florida). When anyone mentions the superwhat, I yell "NOOOOOOOOOOO! I don't want to know!" Makes me real popular.
Betty said...Ah, Broooooce. I must say that I do enjoy some of his music. "The Rising" is very beautiful and I admit to having one of his older CDs. I didn't even know that the game was played in Tampa! I thought that these football teams took great pride in playing in snow and cold weather, as if to show how macho they are.
Or in howling wind and rain so they can get good and muddy.I too have Broooce's older albums, and I do mean albums--vinyl.Speaking of whom , Broooce was played on XM Cross Country quite a bit after his last album came out. And you say you don't like "country"!
Betty said....I haven't heard any of Bruce's recent stuff, so I can't say if I like it or not! But, he did a super job at halftime yesterday! And, I mangaged to catch the halftime show without watching any football.
I hear he may have hurt himself when he slid into a camera or something.
