What a cute family unit. I can't believe they stood still enough for you to get good pictures.
I usually am too slow and get shots of deer butt.
We've been feeding the deer right off our front porch for at least 3 years. They're still skittish, but the males are pretty stable. Of course, each year when huntin' season starts, the males disappear and we never see them again, so maybe they don't have time to learn to be smarter!
They are soooo cute!!! Little bambi and bambina :-)
We named our very first fawn Bambi. It was a he, and he was mostly white. Very unusual. He disappeared during hunting season and we never saw him again.
