We have a contract on the house! The Idiot finally made an offer that we'd accept and signed the contract a week ago. Earnest money was deposited. He has to close by the 26th but is aiming for the 14th.
And.......I have a cyber-stalker. If I ever get the energy I'll write about her. It's truly a bizarre story.
UPDATE: 11-11-10--Tom just asked me who my cyber-stalker was. I cannot remember!!! It's driving me crazy!

You must be totally excited about your move south. I still remember 4 years ago when I had that same feeling. As a matter of fact, I still do. I hope that happens for you too.
Is it really going to happen? I'm just now starting to believe it as I attend my retirement dinner, get going-away gifts, and feel like I am SO done with this place!
