It's so loud, and the copiers are so loud. I'm losing more hearing. Right now the thermo-humidity thingy isn't even registering any humidity; either it's broken or since the heat was turned on, it's very very dry in here. Which my lips have already been telling me.ritahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08670685934653870752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12730936.post-26620525184091907202008-10-29T02:03:00.000-04:002008-10-29T02:03:00.000-04:00If you don't use the humidifier, then just make su...If you don't use the humidifier, then just make sure you always fan the ream of paper before you put it in the machine. You probably already knew that though. :=)Debbie Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17557738570724752411noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12730936.post-57333815754085306552008-10-28T14:46:00.000-04:002008-10-28T14:46:00.000-04:00Thank goodness these copiers do pretty well with t...Thank goodness these copiers do pretty well with tranparencies. Occasionally they'll fold up and melt a tiny bit, but so far no damage. Tech Guy told me that officially he has to tell us to use only Xerox products, but since budgets are an issue, other brands are usually used.

Our paper, currently, is husky xerocopy. It's stored in the paper closet, wherever that is. Honestly, I don't know. The paper fairy brings more in and stacks it each night. We have a dehumidifier in here, but I rarely use it because the humidity rarely goes above 45%.

When I worked in SpEd and we finally got a copier, almost immediately someone tried to make a transparency and gooed up the inside. It cost big bucks to have that cleaned out and parts replaced. Turned out that one cannot make transparencies in that machine.ritahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08670685934653870752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12730936.post-48473122173184145782008-10-28T12:47:00.000-04:002008-10-28T12:47:00.000-04:00yep, that's what it's called..a fuser/roller. You really HAVE to be very careful if you do any transparencies..can't tell you how many machines I had to fix after people loaded them incorrectly or used to wrong ones for the machine...arrrghhh!!
Where do you store your copy paper? And what kind do you use?Debbie Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17557738570724752411noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12730936.post-12670785500223291222008-10-28T09:44:00.000-04:002008-10-28T09:44:00.000-04:00Maybe now I can relax?Maybe now I can relax?ritahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08670685934653870752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12730936.post-33519919226536381212008-10-27T20:35:00.000-04:002008-10-27T20:35:00.000-04:00YAY!!!YAY!!!Courtneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16479837209060171374noreply@blogger.com
